Joseph V. Aulicino
Being an experienced litigator from his practice in New York, Joseph Aulicino has handled all aspects of litigation matters including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, discovery process, case resolution including preparation of settlement agreements, mediation, arbitration, trial, appeals, and
supplemental proceedings. He has handled matters in commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation, insurance defense and appellate practice.
Joseph’s representative engagements include significantly reducing exposure for a defendant in a jury trial concerning a dispute involving a fee sharing agreement with an effective defense resulting in nominal plaintiff recovery. He also served as trial counsel for a cooperative corporation in a matter concerning a breach of an elevator modernization construction contract involving competing million-dollar plus claims, represented a cooperative corporation in a matter involving a breach of a cogeneration plant contract and represented an individual in a six-figure claim for breach of an employment contract.
After moving to Arizona, Joseph became admitted to the Arizona Bar. He has handled matters in insurance defense litigation including the preparation of arbitration statements and memoranda. Other matters he has handled involve the preparation of dispositive motion in a commercial arbitration matter and Comments to a response and memorandum of law submitted by an agency under the Department of Health and Human Services in a matter concerning a Bid Protest arising from the solicitation of a government contract.
