Joseph was born and raised in Detroit, MI. He attended Arizona State University, and then attended law school at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. He then returned home to be with his mother and become a part of the great community of Arizona.
Joseph is driven by the ideal of providing dedicated and fearless representation to all his clients, regardless of size. Every client has a unique situation or objective. Joseph strives to fully understand the client’s situation and then develop solutions which most meet their goals. His experience includes representing businesses for debt resolution and lease negotiations. He has also represented individual and businesses in tax resolution, including working out payment plans for businesses, eliminating debt for individuals through innocent spouse relief, offers in compromise and offer in compromise appeals. He has also represented individuals and business owners in the three major chapters of bankruptcy. Joseph enjoys the challenges of litigation and difficult negotiations but understands that the main focus is solving the client’s issues in a cost-saving and efficient manner.
Joseph enjoys cooking and is a big Arizona State and University of Michigan football fan. He likes spending time with his new wife and her eleven brothers and sisters. He realizes the importance of being a part of the community. His volunteer experience has included volunteering with the Goodwill Career Center, Junior Achievement of Arizona, with St. Vincent DePaul for over four years and mentoring a young man through Phoenix Youth at Risk for over six years.
