MARK D. GOLDMAN
Mark D. Goldman commenced his legal career representing lenders and borrowers in connection with complex commercial real estate loans and transactions. Thereafter, he founded a law firm that continued this representation and expanded into commercial litigation with an emphasis in business disputes, finance and real estate related matters, regulatory compliance, employment law, criminal defense, and defense of attorneys accused of ethical violations.
Mark has served as an adjunct professor of law teaching constitutional law and legal writing. Also, he has served as Special Assistant County Attorney for Maricopa County on a pro bono basis. An Arizona licensed attorney since 1988, Mark has represented every type of financial institution from nationally chartered banks to retail mortgage loan originators. Additionally, Mark represents high profile clients with a sensitivity to discretion and public relations. Mark prides himself as a lawyer’s lawyer as he has been honored to have represented his law school alumni and their families. Above all, Mark cares about his clients regardless of the client’s size or prominence.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys repeatedly lifting heavy objects for no apparent reason. Mark likes football and hockey. He does not like soccer. His favorite NFL player is Ndamukong Suh. Mark likes his English Bull Terriers. Mark doesn’t like pretentious lawyer biographies. Mark does not wear bow ties. The law firm found Mark at a freeway exit ramp offering to take depositions for beer and thus figured that he’d probably do a lot more for a hot meal.
